Coaching Services

In addition to Co-Regulation Coaching, I also offer a Grief Guidance coaching service. Here’s what one client said about his experience:

My Behavior Consultation service always starts with a recommendation for a full medical checkup with the client’s primary veterinarian to rule out pain and underlying medical conditions. Then, I use these tools to assess: 

• The Canine Behavior & Research Questionnaire

• The Highly Sensitive Dog Questionnaire

• The Dog Owner Quality of Life Questionnaire

I also interview the family and any other people involved (i.e. dog walker, groomer, trainer, etc), and observe the dog’s behavior in both structured and unstructured ways.  Using a combination of environmental modification, dog training techniques (i.e. Pattern Games, TTouch, positive reinforcement) and occupational therapy rooted in somatic consent and sensory integration, I support the entire family in processing the situation, problem solving to find a path forward, and developing skills to make sure you can continue to live with and engage in meaningful activities with your dog, safely.

Sessions are 60 min each, conducted virtually, with sliding scale pricing.
