This 33-minute pre-recorded class provides you with knowledge and skills so you can connect better with your dog around distractions, improve your awareness of yourself and your needs, and shake off stress so that you can show up fully when engaging in meaningful activities with your dog.

Application of co-regulation concepts with 2 experiential activities:
guided breathing
guided visualization and body scan
Practice co-regulation skills by following along with these experiential activities:
a somatic exercise for reducing stress
